All graphics of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao building used on this Web site are registered trademarks of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation. As rightful owner, the foundation holds the exclusive right over all commercial trade thereof.
All photographs of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao building and associated copyrights shall remain the exclusive property of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation.
Use of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao building photographs provided is limited to one time only, and exclusively for the stated informative purposes. It is prohibited to reproduce, transmit, publish, and/or distribute these images for any other purpose without express prior authorization from the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation.
The photographs must be reproduced in whole. Superimposing images, letters, texts, and the like is prohibited. Partial reproduction is strictly forbidden without prior written authorization from the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation.

Images of the exhibitions
The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation provides images to be used for instructive purposes only to media professionals registered with the Press Office pursuant to article 35 of the Revised Intellectual Property Act.
The use of images of artworks provided by the Department of Communication and Marketing is subject to applicable law and, in particular, to the Revised Intellectual Property Act. The users of these images are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and/or licenses and for paying any royalties or copyright fees to the legitimate owners or their representatives.
All reproductions of photographs of works included in the exhibitions at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao must be properly credited.
The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation shall not be held responsible for losses or damages arising from the unlawful use of reproductions of works of art by unauthorized third parties or for the infringement of any other legal provision by such third parties.
